We will also explore the Internal Revenue Manual and Treasury Circular 230 requirements associated with performing due diligence as to accuracy when the tax accountant is aware of tax non-compliance.   • Date: 10/26/22; Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET; Successful resolution of a taxpayer’s IRS situation requires effective communication with clients and efficient workflow processes for each stage of a case. This program will focus on key points for navigating through your client’s case. Key points include: 1) Having a Plan; 2) Rules of Engagement; 3) Know your Arsenal of Tools, Rights and Options. Included are practical how-to’s as well as completed sample forms.
